what is the difference between nude and indecent . to the pure all things are pure . in my case the police do not agree . when the politicos get heavy on law enforcement and the judiciary those at the blunt end process everything in their nets - to justify their efforts and the time put in all becomes grist to the mill . and so the fishing quota treats flesh fish and fowl as one .foul cry i as one netted unjustly , wondering how many others are in my boat too .
you think i allege so herewith allegory .The Few decide that it is illegal for you to use the color purple . you can have purple but not color it yourself . so one day your house is searched and the law confiscate a couple of jigsaw boxes including several tens of thousands of pieces . several months later they come back with a box of their own in which they have assembled pieces that might be , or are , purple . they go through the majority of them with you . most are actually blue , you reckon someone is a bit colorblinded . you gain the distinct impression that , firstly , they are into you for anything else they can get you on and , secondly , more importantly , what they are really desperate to find is something else entirely an it ain't the color purple . after several hours comes the big question . only it's not the general "have you used these colors" but the very precise "have you ever used any of these colors" . so you think back to a blue you used and figure there might have been more that you haven't seen . which makes you answer in the affirmative and that is you done .
pressure narrows the focus , twists the view to fit . attuned by the powers that be legit officers of the law find themselves turned into the thought police and it is their beliefs that are king , not your actual thoughts but an almost wish-fulfillment of theirs .
whose reality rules you don't choose .

About a couple of years back celebrity sites on the internet were having to close because of pressure put on them by the companies that hosted them - it didn't matter how legitimate the images were , only whether it were possible one of the stars ( a loose term here pushed far past its natural limit for argument's sake ) could possibly bring in a claim .
now the focus has switched to porn's underbelly , where legal shades into illegal as with the change of a subject's age one tries to find hard-and-fast boundaries between art and passion . but there are only overlapping areas of aesthetics and proclivity , pretty gives way to erotic becomes sexy gives way to sex .lewis caroll is not the dusseldorf murderer .
common to both these actions is the spectre of visa as an arm of the World Government , for it was they that engaged in war in the first case and supplied ammo in the second . It was Very Obvious to the owners of the celebrity sites that in effect they were the victims of a type of moral crusade , there were no economic arguments that lay in the province of credit card law . And why the sudden overbearing crackdown on known/suspected 'child porn' by national government . this wouldn't be the first time those in charge of the good 'ole u.s. of a. have enacted a policy on the behalf of a multiinational based there . and their british lackeys follow through .
other countries know that actions such as this for the most part only serve to make law enforcement more difficult by driving the hardcore providers , and the reprehensible recusants they serve , further into deep cover . one can't help but remember all those items that were legal as long as only the few had access to them but suddenly had laws enacted against them when they entered the province of Joe Public . In this context both actions constitute a pincer movement on the world of porn .
but that ain't it boys and girls .
for some time now the internet has been a thorn in the side of the few precisely because it is the land of the brave and the home of the free , only writ large , no longer province of the circumspect . the flow of ideas threatens them , especially instruments of privacy . and who are the first to embrace new technologies and remove us from overseers' ministrations . why , the porn kings of course "from the strong came forth sweetness" .
