Very strange dream. Discussing the problems of WAN/WiFi and we are looking at planes over the sea. In order to obtain a better signal they fly higher by looping the loop. If they use too big a loop they will hit an obstacle as they straighten out. I had the feeling that they/we were working towards a resolution of this, but my dream didn't say what method was being attempted.
